Refund policy

All Mooncalmly products are made to order through our production partner in the United States.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Mooncalmly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Shipping Availability

At this time, physical products are only shipped within the United States.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be fulfilled.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the file has been delivered.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that access to the file may be provided immediately, and you therefore waive any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase where applicable.

If you experience any issues with your file (such as download errors or corrupted files), please contact us and we will provide a working replacement.
