Shipping Policy

Mooncalmly offers both digital products and physical products (coming soon).

Digital Products

All current Mooncalmly products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping for digital orders.

After completing your purchase, your personalized product is generated and delivered to your email address automatically — typically within a few minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

If your product hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, contact us at hello@mooncalmly.com and we'll take care of it.

Physical Products

Physical products are currently produced and shipped within the United States only. All items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner in the United States.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: After processing, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Mooncalmly is based in Finland. Physical products are produced and shipped from the United States.
